The fingerprint sensor doesn’t work on my Le Max2. Please help me out.
Go to Settings > Fingerprint & Password > Fingerprint Calibration > Start Calibrating > Done. If calibration is successful, then restart the phone and try to register a fingerprint. If calibration fails, please try again. If it still fails, contact your closest authorized service center.

If I choose setting themes local/online on my Le Max2, I get a warning message and it asks me to contact bug.letv.com. Also I can’t see the OTA update icon on this phone? How do I find out whether this phone has a new update?

You may go to the System tools folder and you will find the System update icon there. After updating your phone, you may check the theme issue. In case the issue still persists you need to tap on "OK" on the popup that says "please contact bug.letv.com ".

Hello, I recently bought a Le Max2 and I have a problem with fingerprint. I wanted to restore the system, but by mistake I deleted the OS. How can I get my issue sorted out?

Finger print latency issues have been resolved in the current Eui update, so please visit the forum to get the latest eUI update. You may download and copy it to the phone storage and save the file name as "update". Open system update>settings>local update.

I have Le max 2 4GB RAM/32 ROM with me. However, after a factory reset, the icons have become small. How can I make them big again?

Go to System settings>Display>Scale view. Here you can select the options as per your preferences for the size

My phone battery drains out heavily when I use Wi-Fi /My battery level drops from 45% to 43% in 20 minutes when phone is in Sleep Mode with Wi-Fi on/ My battery is draining too fast in Sleep Mode. Please suggest a solution.

This kind of battery draining is mainly caused by 3rd party apps that are always waking up the phone and also due to regular Wi-Fi network scanning during the night. Please enable “Ultra-long Standby during Sleep mode” on Phone Manager and it will help a lot in decreasing battery draining.

The “Ultra-long Standby during Sleep mode” is a superstar feature of eUI. It reduces power consumption significantly in Sleep mode during night hours. In this mode, Wi-Fi/Mobile/GPS will be turned off during Sleep mode, but won’t affect the calling/messaging/alarm functions.

My phone is getting locked automatically while using it. How can I solve this issue? 

Please go to Settings > Accessibility > Hall Sensor > Disable.

When I try to download a movie from torrents, my phone gets heated up. Can you please help me out? 

Le 2 uses the msm8976 QC CPU and has an all metal unibody, so the heat is higher from base band and the heat gets delivered fast through metal. Our R&D has already fine-tuned the phone for the heat configuration in different scenarios to ensure that heat will always be at a safe level, and we will continue to optimize the heat performance from customer feedback continuously.

The photographs on my camera are not good in low light conditions. How can I take better pictures?

The Le 2 doesn’t have ISO. When users take photos in dark and low-light conditions, the exposure time will be longer than the normal light. If users move or don’t hold the phone steadily during the shot, then image quality will be affected.

In Night Mode, the phone increases ISO to get the light compensation, which won’t change the real light conditions. However, using the phone’s Flash increases real light conditions but it will also affect the color reproduction.

So for better color reproduction - When you find the lighting condition is dark, Night Mode is recommended and the user can try long exposure time as well. But it’s equally important to hold the phone steadily when taking long-exposure-time photos. The noise and brightness is balanced after using NIGHT MODE.

If the user prefers bright light condition: When taking photos under dark light condition, FLASH could be used to enhance the environment light condition by opening LED to get a brighter photo.
