Does the Le 1s support OTG?

Yes, the Le 1s supports OTG. However, the cable needs to be a USB Type-C OTG cable.


How can I use 4k recording on my Le 1s?

For "4k recording after OTA" go to Video settings > Video Quality > 4K video. Check if it is available or not? If it is not available, then check for the latest software update. If the software update is already latest one, then restart the phone. If it still doesn’t work after restarting, then do then do a factory reset.

How can I enable left hand mode on my Le 1s?

Please go to Settings > Accessibility and then Enable or Disable Left hand mode as per your requirements.

Please suggest some apps to improve the battery life of Le 1s. 

To optimize battery drainage, visiting Settings > Battery and use Smart battery for apps and Battery assistant features.

I do not seem to get notifications for Whatsapp and other messenger services when my Le 1s phone is not in use. Please let me know the solution for the same.

You have enabled the No Interruptions option. Once you enable this option you won't get any notifications or call sounds and it will display alarm with cross mark in notification bar. Please disable this function to enable your notifications.

Does the Le 1s support Volte?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have this feature. However, our concerned team is working on adding it in the near future since we have received many requests.

How can I disable the keypad vibration while typing?

Please go to Settings > Language & Input > Google Keyboard > Preferences > Disable vibrate on keypress.

How can I disable keypad sound on Le 1s?

Please go to Settings>Language & input>Google keyboard>Preferences and select Enable or Disable sound on keypress.

Why is 1.1 GB of RAM only of memory available on Le 1s?

I have been noticing that the back key works automatically as if someone is operating the phone. Can you please resolve this?

How can I set the battery status indicator on notification bar?

Please go to Settings > Battery > Status Bar Battery Percent > Enable. We also suggest that all users complete two charging cycles (100% to 10%) after their new #Superphone is put in to use.

What is the advantage of an Octa-core processor?

The Octa-core processor allows you to get better performance and enables smooth multi-tasking when you are running multiple apps on the phone.

Please let me know why only 1 GB RAM is available in spite of using very limited apps on my Le 1s?

As you keeping installing more new apps, these apps keep running in the background and the system's free memory keeps decreasing even if you don't launch them. To check what background services are running, you can go to Settings > App management > Running. You can disable some of these installed apps' auto launch to increase the free memory. You can visit Settings > Permissions > Manage auto launch.

How can I disable system apps on my Le 1s?

Unfortunately, you cannot disable system apps on your #SuperPhone.

How can I use the video calling feature on my Le 1s?

Unfortunately, the Le 1s doesn't come with an inbuilt-video calling app.
