TV FAQs

Q - What is the process to get installation done?
A - In case our installation agents haven't called you already, the customer needs to call our customer care number or raise a ticket on the above link to request installation.

Q - Is wall mounting provided for Televisions?
A - Yes, wall mounting is provided for televisions. The required bracket and parts will be brought by the installation technician.

Q - What are the charges for wall mounting Ecotvs?
A - Wall mounting, installation and demo is provided free of cost.

Q - What is the operating system for the Ecotvs?
A - The TVs run the EUI 5.8 OS which is based on Android 6.0.

Q - Can we install third party applications on the Ecotvs?
A - Third party applications can be installed using APK files. Although, in case the operating system or pre-installed apps do not function properly due to additional feature/app installation, LeEco shall not be held responsible.

Q - What are the connectivity options available on the Ecotvs?
A - The connectivity options available are WiFi, Device Cast, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 3.0, HDMI 2.0.

Q - Do the Ecotvs support remote voice control?
A - No, currently Ecotvs do not support remote voice control. We are working on bringing the same in an update in the near future.

Q - What are the warranty terms for the Ecotvs?

A - The Ecotvs come with a 2 year warranty period. The warranty can be claimed against a valid LeMall invoice.
